ANIMATED GIFS: Here are a few banners, to help you link to us if you wish to:
These are less than 10k each. They are "animated gifs" that are stored and function as other simple picture files do on the web, and are no more troublesome. (Example HTML code listed below.)
In Windows or Explorer, you can simply press your right mouse button and then choose to save the image.
Static Images if you prefer those, below: (.jpg and .gif)
A version of the first banner in this section with a (mostly) transparent background:
Also, a small button...
Example code for the larger banners, which names the first banner listed:
<a href="http://www.funnypoetry.com"><img border="0" src="images/fpbanner1.gif" width="468" height="60" alt="link to funnypoetry.com"></a>
Note that you'll want to change src="images/fpbanner1.gif" to match the correct name of the banner you've chosen and the correct path to where you put the banner image. Make sure you've said ".gif" if it's a .gif image file and ".jpg" if it's a .jpg file!
The small button code is:
<a href="http://www.funnypoetry.com"><img src="tinylogo2.jpg" width="97" height="19" alt="link to funnypoetry.com" border="0"></a>
Note the shorter path, src="tinylogo2.jpg", which is all you need if the images are in the same folder as your page.
